Comprised of Federal Aviation Administration Part 107 licensed and commercially insured pilots, Sunshine Drones leverages years of photographic and video expertise and experience, as well as FAA waivers to operate in controlled airspace to ensure that you will receive higher quality UAV photography and UAV video more efficiently, with greater safety and with less risk.
Sunshine Drones adheres to precision flight and imaging protocols to deliver edited or raw 4K and HD video, and drone aerial photography to help show residential and commercial real estate from a better perspective.
As the company’s name implies, the optimum time for UAV photography is a sunny, relatively clear and not-too-windy day.
From 10 am. to 3 p.m. are optimum conditions for aerial photography and video due to downward lighting and minimal shadow conditions.
Sunshine Drones is available on a per-project or contracted basis for multiple visits over time to the same location. Before undertaking a project, we will have a conversation with you to understand the scope of work, your goals, deadlines and deliverables. Note: Flights that are within five miles of airports must be have FAA approval, which can take up to five days.
The process for scheduling a project:
- Discuss visual and marketing objectives, agree to the price, and sign a contract for services and the scope of work.
- Develop a flight plan to capture the important visual elements. On the day of the shoot, confirm the proposed flight paths.
- Deliver the images within three working days.
